About Havenly

At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home. Alongside our award winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, Inside, and St.Frank. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!

Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we’re architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we’re at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This is a rare opportunity to help build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce.

Our Core Values

Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.

Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.

Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.

Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly’s best interest.

About the Role

Havenly Brands is looking for an Email Marketing Operations Manager to own the lifecycle technology foundation across our portfolio of seven home brands: Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert. You’ll be the technical lead for our lifecycle stack across email, SMS, push, and onsite acquisition, while growing the AI-enabled automation that runs more of our campaign workflow every quarter.

What You’ll Own

Braze and the broader lifecycle marketing technology stack across all seven brands, spanning email, SMS, push, and onsite acquisition

Lifecycle platform architecture and migration strategy: primary technical owner and project manager for migrations, net-new implementations, and major lifecycle technology initiatives

Identity resolution, event-level data integrity, and cross-brand lifecycle systems, as the primary lifecycle technical lead

Automated journeys for acquisition, retention, and long‑term program health, built and maintained in line with marketing goals

Management of two offshore associates

Vendor relationships and technology integrations, managed for maximum ROI

The lifecycle team’s operational workflow in Asana: automations for campaign handoffs, assignments, status transitions, and recurring batch-and-blast processes

The existing lifecycle automation codebase,

workflows, and scheduled jobs

Day-to-day project management for lifecycle campaign execution across Lifecycle, Creative/Design, and other stakeholders

What You’ll Drive

Scalable, effective lifecycle operations: design, implement, and optimize the processes and technology that support growth and retention

Engineering‑ready requirements and acceptance criteria, translated from business impact, as lifecycle technical PM across Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering

Clean, timely data in partnership with Data, Product, and Engineering to drive the best customer experience and results

Technical test design and setup that produces clean, actionable results

Reporting on campaign performance, uptime, and output that informs strategic decisions

Expansion of AI‑enabled automation across the campaign workflow: briefing, campaign construction, QA, reporting, and anomaly detection

Portfolio‑wide scaling of automated briefing and campaign‑build workflows that aren’t yet deployed across all brands and campaign types

Reusable automation patterns that connect lifecycle requirements, brand rules, campaign configuration, platform APIs, data sources, QA, and reporting

A prioritized pipeline of repetitive or error‑prone processes to automate next, ranked by effort, risk, scalability, and business impact

Human review and controls around AI‑enabled workflows, so automation never compromises campaign accuracy, brand standards, data integrity, or QA

We Are Looking for People Who

Have 5+ years in marketing operations, CRM operations, or lifecycle technology, mostly hands‑on in the platform

Have deep Braze expertise: Canvas, segmentation, Liquid, custom events and attributes, and the data model underneath them

Write and maintain code that runs in production (scripts, API integrations, scheduled jobs) and can explain it to people who don’t code

Have led at least one ESP or CDP migration or net‑new platform implementation end to end

Understand identity resolution and event data pipelines, and are comfortable in Snowflake or similar

Write clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams

Have managed direct reports (offshore or nearshore teams a plus)

Know email and SMS deliverability and compliance (CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, CCPA)

Bring a DTC e‑commerce background (preferred), with multi‑brand experience a plus

Own their systems: when something breaks, they find out before a stakeholder does

Translate business asks into specs engineers can build without a second meeting

Set their teams up with clear SOPs and QA so they’re never the bottleneck on a send

Believe AI is changing this job fast and already use it, and build with it, to move faster and think better

Are energized by multi‑brand complexity: seven brands, seven customer relationships, one stack

Are self‑stators who thrive in a lean, high‑ownership environment

At Havenly, we’re building with AI as part of how we work. We’re looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI‑assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
