As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Maintenance Superintendent, overseeing a diverse team across surface and underground areas. Your guidance will ensure adherence to safety policies and operational standards while fostering team development and effective performance management. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment with site requirements and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance team for both surface and underground operations
• Develop audit systems and preventive maintenance programs




• Execute scheduled maintenance with compliance
• Assist in troubleshooting and propose effective solutions
• Plan personnel rotations and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:
• Journeyman Red Seal certification required
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in underground mining
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical Code and CMMS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Superior leadership and communication skills
