Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates per project specifications
• Use estimating software like Explorer and Heavy Bid
• Review site conditions and tender documents thoroughly




• Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Participate in project kick-offs and assist PMs post-award

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology Diploma
• 3–5 years of estimating experience in civil construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Gold Seal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
