This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in facilities maintenance while working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to excellence.Responsibilities & QualificationsAssist with routine maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry tasksSupport the troubleshooting and repair of equipment using schematics and technical manualsOperate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems to maintain building operationsUse CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to log work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule preventive maintenancePerform welding and basic fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment and fixturesFollow safety protocols during all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standardsCollaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasksAssist in inspecting facilities for potential issues,
