Responsibilities

Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property

Monitor and report security and safety concerns

Control access to the site and verify authorized entry

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms as required

Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation

Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors when needed

Observe and report suspicious activities and security breaches

Maintain a visible security presence and enforce site policies and procedures

Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

Valid G Class Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong attention to detail and observational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets

Smart Serve Certification

Previous security, customer service, hospitality,



or public-facing experience

Experience completing incident reports and daily security documentation
