Our client is seeking an Accounting Analyst for a long-term contract prospect in Calgary, Alberta within the Oil & Gas Services sector.

This role focuses on settlement investigations, financial reconciliations, and data analysis to support accurate accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities: Review and prioritize service tickets, investigate issues, and determine appropriate resolutions.

Investigate settlement discrepancies across multiple data sources and resolve inconsistencies.

Perform accounts receivable and settlement reconciliations.

Validate high volumes of transactional data for accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with internal teams to investigate exceptions and resolve issues promptly.

Use Excel, SQL, Service

Now, and other business systems to analyze data and manage workflows.

Support data controls and process improvements to reduce recurring errors.

Assist with reporting, scripting, and system-based analysis as required.
