Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster Clean and prepare surfaces Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound Support for newcomers and refugees Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 32.5 hours per week
