Job Summary: The Senior Solutions Designer will lead the Proof of Concept (POC) initiative to evaluate the migration of the Public Accounts consolidation application from Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to Oracle s Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

This role requires strong financial and technical expertise to design, assess, and support the migration process, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and technology strategies.

Responsibilities: Lead the POC to assess feasibility of migrating CONSOL application from HFM to FCCS.

Analyze current and future state environments and configure the target application.

Develop project plans, tasks, and timelines for full-scale migration.

Gather and analyze client business requirements and information technology mandates.

Provide technical advice on solution design, security, recovery, and performance improvements.

Support production environments and collaborate with vendors and consultants.

Prepare technical documentation and conduct cost-benefit analyses.

Participate in project status meetings and facilitate stakeholder presentations.

Apply project management methodologies to meet deliverables and deadlines.

Required Skills: Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions and design, with preference for FCCS experience.

Solid background in migrating and supporting large financial consolidation applications, especially HFM.

Knowledge of financial planning, management accounting, forecasting, consolidations, and public accounts reporting.

Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Experience with financial management and reporting solution design.

Excellent communication, presentation,



and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills: Prior experience in the public sector or OPS environment.

Knowledge of internal control procedures and financial operations frameworks.

Experience with multi-service system performance assessment and capacity planning.

Ability to mediate, build consensus, and negotiate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Technical writing and documentation skills.

Ability to work onsite full-time during standard business hours.

Willingness and ability to participate in in-person interviews and complete assignment/presentation.
