A family in Victoria, BC is seeking an experienced and caring nanny to provide full-time child care (30-40 hours per week) for two children ages 8 and 11. The successful candidate will be responsible for the children's daily routine, development, safety, and well-being within our family home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily supervision, care, and age-appropriate activities for children
Develop and maintain a nurturing, protected, and stimulating environment
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children
Maintain children's areas in a clean and orderly condition
Help children with homework
Requirements
Completion of secondary school (high school diploma or equivalent)
1-2 years of verifiable childcare experience (references required)




Criminal record check
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in English ( spoken and written)
Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit

We offer accommodation in a one-bedroom basement suite in our home if the applicant desires to live in. This is optional, not a requirement.
