In this role, you'll assist in managing the Meat Department's operations and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll be hands-on in meat preparation, order fulfillment, and maintaining high sanitation standards within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to meet diverse needs
• Supervise staff in the absence of the Meat Manager




• Promote a coaching culture for staff development
• Accurately complete meat orders and preparation
• Ensure high sanitation standards are consistently met

Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months meat retail experience
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• High School Diploma required
• Flexible availability for shifts including evenings and weekends
