In this role, you'll lead the Requirements Matrix and guide discovery strategies for optimal knowledge management solutions. Your experience in management consulting will empower you to analyze project requirements against Genesys Cloud AI capabilities. You’ll create evaluation reports that inform key decisions while modeling total cost of ownership for AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Requirements Matrix and drive it to completion
• Guide the overall discovery strategy through stakeholder engagement
• Map requirements to Genesys Cloud AI features accurately




• Gather and model total cost of ownership for AI capabilities
• Compile evaluation criteria and author the Tool Evaluation Report

Requirements:
• Over 10 years in management or business consulting
• Experience in requirements gathering and vendor evaluation
• Knowledge of enterprise knowledge management platforms
• Understanding of contact centre AI capabilities
• Exceptional writing skills for reports and playbooks
