John’s, NL, Corner Brook, NL, and Fredericton, NB.

Steele Hotels is looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our growing team at Albatross Hotel, Gander, NL.

The ideal candidate would possess a positive “can-do” attitude, and a high level of professionalism, coupled with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

This often involves working in fast-paced environment conditions at varying times throughout the day or night.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Perform overnight audit shifts, reconciling all accounts in a timely manner and verifying all end of day cash etc. from multiple departments Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Ensure invoices are accurate and sent to the accounting department Schedule guest wake-up calls and book reservations Answer phone calls, verify reservations and guest requests Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and issues,



as needed Demonstrate a professional and positive presentation to guests and colleagues, and be well groomed Other duties, as assigned Qualifications, Skills & Attributes: A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Provide a clear Criminal Record Screening Certificate Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills Ability to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills Solid eye for details and the ability to multitask Strong math and problem-solving skills If you are interested in working with a growing company and want to grow with us, we welcome you to apply to .
