Duration: 1 year to start Location: Downtown Toronto or Scarborough - Hybrid 2 days a week in office, not set The successful candidate will support governance, reporting, process improvement, and strategic initiatives within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) Currency and End-of-Life (EOL) function.

This role requires a robust communicator who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and help improve business processes through reporting and automation.

Must Haves 3-7 years of relevant experience.

Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience supporting reporting, governance, process improvement, or business operations functions.

Experience automating business processes using Microsoft tools such as Share

Point, Outlook, Excel, and Power

Point.

Automation & Technical Support Support automation of recurring reporting and business processes.

Help optimize and scale reporting and analytics solutions.

Assist in evaluating and implementing tools that improve operational effectiveness.
