An exciting role awaits as a Senior Specialist Claims Adjuster, Liability with Definity. Manage complex Commercial General Liability claims in a hybrid work setting, ensuring effective coverage and settlement strategies.

In this position, reporting to the Team Leader, you will handle a portfolio of challenging CGL claims. You will conduct coverage analyses, supervise external resources, and implement settlement strategies, while also supporting skill development through mentoring. This role is pivotal in guiding litigation management and achieving optimal outcomes for policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex Commercial General Liability claims portfolio
• Conduct coverage, liability, and quantum analyses




• Lead investigations and assess evidence
• Develop settlement strategies for optimal results
• Supervise independent adjusters and external counsel

Requirements:
• 10 years of claims handling experience in CGL
• Claims Adjuster Certificate from AMF
• In-depth knowledge of Quebec law and procedures
• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent technical leadership and communication skills
