You're great with people. You can read a room, pick up on how someone is feeling, and know when to listen, encourage, or just have a laugh.

You're a bit of a clean freak. You notice fingerprints on the glass, dust in the corners, and things that aren't where they belong. You take pride in keeping things looking great.

You've got a creative side. You enjoy social media, have an eye for a good photo or video, and can come up with fun ideas for content, events, and promotions.

You're confident and outgoing. You love meeting new people, building relationships, and aren't afraid to start conversations.

You've got a sales mindset. You enjoy helping people make decisions, following up, and working toward goals. You understand that sales is about connecting people with something that can genuinely benefit them.

You're a team player. You jump in where needed, take initiative, and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do.

You pay attention to details. The little things matter to you, whether that's remembering a member's name, following up with a lead, or making sure the studio looks its best.

What you'll actually be doing:





Welcoming members and guests and making sure everyone feels comfortable walking through our doors.

Introducing new people to Orangetheory and helping them get started.

Selling memberships, following up with leads, and working toward studio goals.

Building relationships with members and creating a excellent experience every visit.

Helping create fun, engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.

Bringing fresh ideas for studio events, promotions, and community involvement.

Keeping the studio sparkling clean, organized, and ready for every class.

Working alongside our coaches and the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly.
