Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective and friendly service to all guests
• Check in and check out hotel guests efficiently
• Address guest concerns promptly for satisfaction
• Prepare for VIP and loyalty member arrivals
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
• Previous front desk or reception experience preferred
• Effective communication skills are essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Micros PMS/Opera
• A degree or diploma in Hotel/Hospitality is an asset
• Legally eligible to work in Canada with availability for shifts
