You know how to ask the right questions, get people talking and turn what you hear into insights that help teams make better decisions.
Smart, Savvy + Associates is pleased to partner with Technical Safety BC in their search for a User Research Analyst.
In this newly created role, you’ll lead client research and discovery for one of Technical Safety BC’s largest business transformation initiatives.
You’ll recruit clients to participate in research, lead focus groups and one-on-one conversations, analyze what you learn and bring those insights back to the teams designing and rolling out changes.
This is a hands-on research role.
You’ll be embedded within the project team and trusted to run discovery independently, from determining who you need to hear from and how to reach them to asking the right questions, recognizing patterns and determining when you have enough information to make a recommendation.
The work will help Technical Safety BC understand how changes are landing with clients, what’s working, where there’s friction and what may need to change before moving forward.
