CFT Recycling seeks a driven Outside Sales Representative to cultivate new business and expand our customer base in Aylmer and Gatineau. Use your sales expertise to impact the recycling industry positively.

In this key role, you’ll report to the Director of Sales while identifying and acquiring recent clients. You’ll conduct face-to-face sales meetings, foster client relationships, and focus on generating revenue through both new and existing accounts. Your expertise in sales strategy and relationship management will be vital in achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new customers in the recycling sector
• Develop territory sales strategies for profitability
• Conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations




• Maintain relationships with business owners and contractors
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer records and sales activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in outside sales or B2B sales
• Bilingual in French and English
• Reside in Quebec, preferably in the Outaouais region
• Valid driver's licence for travel
• Proven lead generation and negotiation skills
