About the Role Our client, a respected national manufacturer, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Quality Assurance Technician. This fully remote position will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality by meticulously reviewing production data, conducting remote inspections (where applicable through documented evidence), and collaborating with on-site teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of quality control principles, and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities Review production records and quality control data to ensure compliance with established standards.
Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and report deviations to relevant teams.
Collaborate with on-site quality personnel and production teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and findings.
Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform data entry and maintain accurate quality databases.
Stay updated on product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in virtual quality audits and process reviews.




Provide support for product validation and testing activities as needed.
Contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement within the organization.
Requirements A diploma or relevant certification in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data review and reporting.
Proficiency in using quality management software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly desirable.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
