As a host, you make the first and last impression on each and every Guest that enters Montana’s. You are responsible for creating a outstanding atmosphere with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality.

What will you do in this role:

Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant

Manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating

Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures

Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and respond to Guest inquiries

Manage a wait list and interact with Guests

Offer a friendly final farewell to Guests

Thank Guests for joining us and invite them to return

Dynamic, energetic and self-confident personality

Excellent communication, social and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment





Ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to work as part of a team and help contribute to a positive Guest experience, however necessary
