Our consumer business client is seeking a SAP Basis Administrator (10+ years) to manage SAP Basis administration using system administration, performance monitoring, upgrades and patching, and transport management Join a consumer business workplace supporting enterprise ERP operations and SAP Basis administration initiatives.

This role focuses on SAP Basis system administration, performance monitoring, upgrades and patching, transport management, and work management activities across the Basis environment.

The position requires ownership of Basis-related work, coordination with offshore resources, and collaboration with internal and offshore teams.

Perform day-to-day SAP Basis administration and operational support across SAP environments.

Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and health, identifying and resolving issues to maintain system stability.

Plan and execute SAP upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures.

Manage SAP transport activities, including transport requests, imports, sequencing, and troubleshooting across system landscapes.

Create, document, and manage Service

Now change requests for SAP Basis activities, ensuring appropriate approvals and compliance with change management processes.

Coordinate and prioritize Basis-related work with offshore resources, including assigning, reassigning, and tracking tasks through completion.

Collaborate closely with internal SAP Basis team members, technical teams, application teams, and other stakeholders to support business and technical requirements.

Participate in SAP projects and technical initiatives planned for Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement activities across the SAP landscape.
