An established professional services firm is looking to expand its M&A; Transaction Diligence team with the appointment of an experienced transaction advisory Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, collaborative team supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across a broad range of industries.

The firm works with mid-market, private and public sector clients on transactions of varying sizes, both across Canada and internationally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering financial due diligence and transaction advisory services, helping clients make informed investment decisions and navigate complex M&A; transactions.

Key Responsibilities Co-coordinate and deliver financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary transaction advisory teams and liaise with a range of client and deal stakeholders.

Develop a detailed understanding of target businesses, their operating models and key financial and commercial drivers.

Analyse information memoranda, business plans, financial statements and publicly available information.

Prepare quality of earnings assessments and identify key financial and operational considerations.

Highlight potential risks, valuation adjustments, price-sensitive findings and post-transaction integration considerations.

Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed engagement scopes.





Contribute to the continued growth of the transaction diligence practice, with opportunities to develop specialist expertise within a particular industry.

The team advises on transactions across a diverse range of industries and deal sizes.

Candidate Requirements Essential: Relevant professional experience.

Experience in M&A; transaction diligence A completed or near-completed CPA qualification, or an equivalent accounting designation. A strong commitment to client service excellence and professional standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
