Description: Lead large-scale enterprise eCommerce and omnichannel transformation programs, driving alignment across business, technology, digital product, operations, and customer experience.
This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex dependencies, accelerate decisions, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
Lead end-to-end eCommerce and omnichannel transformation programs across multiple business and technology workstreams.
Develop and govern integrated roadmaps, critical paths, delivery plans, and executive governance frameworks.
Partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders across technology, digital, operations, supply chain, stores, merchandising, and customer experience.
Drive program execution, mitigate delivery risks, manage complex vendor ecosystems, and ensure organizational readiness for change.
