You will own the handoffs between sales, customer success, production, and the specialists, keep work tracked and current, and protect quality and turnaround across active accounts. You will run the daily rhythm that keeps everyone aligned, manage capacity and resourcing, unblock people quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will spot process friction before it becomes a client problem and improve how we work without adding bureaucracy.
