You will provide expert technical guidance in loan activities under the National Housing Strategy (NHS) and existing Affordable Housing programs. Be an expert in GSL and CRM and other systems as well as understanding and interpreting contracts, policies and procedures and contribute to their successful delivery. Ensure Lending programs daily operations are aligned with other CMHC operations, including Multi-Unit Underwriting, advancing, default management, servicing and Agreement Management. Help make delivering housing affordability solutions easy, by recommending creative solutions, remaining focused on the client experience and managing risks to CMHC appropriately.
