Qualifications and Experience: Minimum one-year certificate in office administration, Human Resources, or a related field, plus one year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Windows programs, with strong keyboarding skills; experience with HR software, Smart

Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer service across all levels of the organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of grammar, spelling, and composition.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
