Your recent adventure Own end-to-end technical delivery across projects, enhancements, and change requests, covering the full software lifecycle (feasibility, design, development/coding, testing) and ensuring high-quality outcomes Translate HR business requirements into functional solutions, working closely with Business Analysts, IS Coordinators, PMO, and Solution Architecture Implement requirements in ABAP and SAP Fiori Lead and govern external development partners, including coordination, delivery oversight, and acting as a technical quality gate Ensure testing excellence, defining test scenarios with PMO and executing functional testing to validate business requirements Support data transformation and integration topics, collaborating with Data Engineering & Architecture to align on approach and execution Ensure compliance and operational excellence,



including adherence to IT governance (e.g., SOX, ITSM), contribution to best practices, and support for assigned applications Your experiences and skills Studies in computer science or equivalent At least 5 years of professional experience Technical knowledge in SAP HCM system including customizing and ABAP development Understanding and experience in human resources processes a strong asset Very good knowledge English German knowledge is an asset Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting We offer You will be offered an exciting position in an with many interesting perks and diverse development opportunities.

The minimum salary for this position is 60,,32 EUR gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
