AMS Delivery Executive Location: GTA Hybrid (3 days onsite) Objective Lead SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) delivery with a strong blend of managed services, SAP delivery, client management, and operational leadership experience.

Oversee large SAP AMS or Application Outsourcing engagements, ensuring effective service delivery across SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Skills SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) and Application Outsourcing SAP Delivery and Operational Leadership Client Management and Service Delivery SAP ECC and S/4HANA Support SLA/KPI Governance Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management Management of SAP Support Organizations Required Qualifications 20+ years of SAP experience with significant leadership responsibility.

Proven experience leading large SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) or Application Outsourcing engagements.

Robust background managing SAP support organizations across ECC and/or S/4HANA landscapes.

Experience owning service delivery, SLA/KPI governance, incident, problem, change, and release management.

Nice to Have Experience combining managed services, SAP delivery, client management, and operational leadership.
