Key Responsibilities Support project delivery by collaborating with internal teams and external consultants through the design and construction process.

Conduct quality assurance reviews at all project milestones Participate in client, consultant, and internal project meetings Take a lead role in coordinating project deliverables, including permit, bid, and construction packages, while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements Conduct site reviews and field assessments, incorporating site conditions and construction feedback into design development and documentation.

Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members while collaborating with senior staff to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and production best practices across project teams.

Qualifications Architectural Technologist with a minimum 15 years experience Experience delivering large-scale architectural projects from Design Development through construction completion, including public infrastructure and government-funded projects preferred Proven experience working in constrained and complex spatial environments,



with the ability to resolve coordination and constructability challenges Strong understanding of BIM execution, coordination, clash detection, and model-based workflows Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a clear, practical understanding of Revit-based production, coordination, and documentation standards; We work entirely in a Revit setting Strong understanding of National and Provincial building codes and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Bluebeam and Adobe Acrobat **Must be eligible for PSPC Secret clearance Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $93,700 – $124,200 MB & ON: $85,500 – $117,800 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $84,700 – $112,400 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
