Job Requirements
High school diploma is must, a college certificate/diploma is an asset & minimium 1-2 yrs work expereince in this field.
DUTIES
- Plan , organise, direct and evaluate daily operations of our store.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold; Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff; supervise 3-4 people.
