Seeking In-Home Caregiver for 14-Month-Old, Mid-July – End of October

We're looking for a warm, engaged caregiver to join our family this summer and fall for our 14-month-old daughter.

Schedule & Commitment:

This position begins mid-July as half days, transitioning to full time (8am–4pm) in August through the end of October. We're looking for someone who can commit to the full duration — through the end of October — from the start.

Details:

This is an in-home position. You'll be her primary companion during the day — playing, exploring, reading, and supporting her development through this wonderful and busy stage. We're looking for someone who brings both warmth and intellectual curiosity to their care — someone who genuinely enjoys engaging young minds and understands how much the first years matter.

During her midday nap (typically a couple of hours over lunch), we'd ask you to take on some light household tasks — tidying up,



and simple meal prep for her meals.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has hands-on experience caring for babies and toddlers
- Is nurturing, patient, and genuinely delighted by this age
- Is intellectually engaged — comfortable with songs, books, imaginative play, and age-appropriate learning
- Is reliable, communicative, and able to commit to the full position through October
