Looking for a housecleaner as a gift for our son, he is a homeowner, 2 dogs, keeps it tidy but limited time to keep it as clean as he would like. 3 bedroom bungalow, 1 1/2 bathrooms. Approximately 1.200 square feet.

Looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and hard working. Offering $30/hr but pay negotiable based on skills, if supplies are included, and quality of work.

Initial clean to be thorough. Walls, floors, windows, baseboards, all rooms including bathrooms, Ongoing monthly cleaning needs to be determined as we move forward. Also multiple people in the family that would consider regular cleaning services if we find someone we can trust, so larger opportunity than 1 home here.

If you are interested in this prospect and have experience in housekeeping, please message me. You must be able to provide reference checks that will vouch for your reliability, character and skill. I look forward to finding someone who takes pride in their work and can help keep the home in excellent condition.
