You will oversee market benchmarking, salary planning, job evaluation, and pay equity initiatives, while coordinating with unions, ATIP compliance, and cross-functional HR partners. The role requires 8–10 years in HR with 5+ in compensation, robust bilingual capabilities (French/English), and a leadership track in unionized
