Position Overview

Apex Precision Inc. is a leader in the field of precision component manufacturing. The CNC machinist will be able to thrive in a agile and stimulating environment. He or she will work closely with the production supervisor, programmers, and inspectors to develop and deliver precision parts within the specified deadlines.

SHIFT PREMIUM: 2.50$/hour

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and setup instructions.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including preparing tools, fixtures, materials, and programs.
- Adjust machining parameters and tool offsets to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Inspect machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing operations as required.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately using ERP (JobBOSS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment,



including proper tool handling and basic machine maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate shift handovers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining. Experience in the metalworking or aerospace industry is an asset.
- DEP in machining or a related field.
- Ability to complete setups on machinine
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Team player.
- Ability to work independently.
