About The Role

Help teams get the most out of Ettex — from onboarding to expansion — and build our success function.

What you’ll do

- Own onboarding and success for key accounts
- Build playbooks, resources and processes
- Partner with sales and product on feedback
- Drive retention and expansion
- Hire and grow the success team over time

What we’re looking for
- 4+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with SaaS and technical products
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Data-driven and process-oriented
- Comfortable building a function from scratch
