The Role We’re looking for driven, people-focused sales pros in Los Angeles to sell our premium flooring to retailers, builders, professional installers, and homeowners. You’ll visit customers face-to-face, show samples, and close deals.

- Based out of Richmond, reporting to our Site Operations Manager.
- Assigned leads + provided handle boards, displays, and pricing sheets.
- Commission on every sale you influence — no limits.

You Are





- A natural connector who thrives in face-to-face sales.
- Competitive, energetic, and motivated by big commission checks.
- Comfortable visiting multiple clients a day.
- Equipped with your own vehicle.
- 1+ years of in-person product sales (flooring/building industry a plus).

You Will

- Sell to a mix of professionals and homeowners.
- Present our products with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain robust relationships in your territory.
- Promote our value vs. competitors.
