Join a team supporting multiple digital portfolio initiatives across Cyber, Infrastructure, Midstream, Utilities, and Corporate programs within the oil & gas sector. This role supports organizational change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder readiness analysis, communications, training coordination, and reporting. The position offers exposure to multiple concurrent projects in a quick-paced and evolving environment requiring collaboration across stakeholders and project teams.
Must Haves
5-7 years in
Organizational Change Management, project support, or related fieldsChange Impact Assessment
and stakeholder readiness analysis across organizational change initiativesMicrosoft Office Suite
including Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Nice to Have
Familiarity with change management tools or softwareExperience supporting Cyber, Infrastructure, Midstream, Utilities, or Corporate initiativesExperience working in ambiguous and evolving environmentsExperience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
Support change impact assessments across teams and stakeholdersConduct stakeholder analysis and support readiness assessmentsAssist with creation and distribution of change communications and engagement materialsCoordinate training schedules, resources, and materials with training teamsTrack training attendance and gather feedback from training sessionsCreate and maintain OCM documentation including change plans, impact assessments,



and progress reportsCollaborate with the OCM Lead to support implementation of change management strategies
