One of our client is looking to hiring an experienced Welder for a busy doors and window manufacturing company in Concord, ON. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with steel welding, fitting, and fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel components
- Weld and fit door and window components
- Read and understand shop drawings and weld diagrams
- Use hand tools and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure welds meet quality and production standards
- Complete an in-shop weld test if required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of steel welding and fitting experience
- Solid MIG and TIG welding skills
- Ability to read shop drawings and welding diagrams
- Experience using hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Good attention to detail and quality
- CWB certification is an asset
- Must be reliable and punctual
