Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Support patients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning living areas to maintain a hygienic environment
- Document care activities, health observations,



and any changes in condition to ensure seamless communication with healthcare teams

Skills

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly valued
- Solid patient care skills with an understanding of dementia, hospice, or senior care needs
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special health requirements
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and assisting with mobility
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Compassionate attitude combined with reliability, patience, and attention to detail

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
