Mawd Cutz Barbershop is looking for a motivated Apprentice / Junior Barber who's passionate about barbering and ready to grow their skills in a busy, professional shop.

Located on Eglinton Ave in Forest Hill, our shop gets plenty of foot traffic and walk-ins, creating opportunities to gain hands-on experience, work with new clients, and build confidence behind the chair.

Whether you're fresh out of barber school, completing your apprenticeship, or starting to build your experience, this is an opportunity to learn the craft, improve your technique, and develop your own clientele in a real barbershop setting.

We're looking for someone who's hungry to learn, takes pride in their work, and is willing to put in the time and effort to become a great barber.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for barbering and men's grooming
- Some barbering experience is an asset, but beginners are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of fades, tapers, line-ups, and clipper work is preferred
- Willingness to learn new techniques, take feedback, and improve
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a professional attitude
- Good communication skills and a client-first mindset
- A team player who takes pride in cleanliness,



organization, and attention to detail

Shop Hours

Monday – Sunday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

This is a full-time position. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred. Scheduling will be discussed during the hiring process.
