Wilson Pro Painting is looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Canvassers in Cowichan and Duncan

We're a professional residential and commercial painting company looking to connect with people who enjoy meeting others, aren't afraid of rejection, and are ready to turn conversations into opportunities.

No painting experience? No problem! We provide training and guidance to help you learn the role, build confidence, and develop valuable sales skills.

What You'll Do

- Go door-to-door in assigned neighbourhoods to introduce Wilson Pro Painting and our services.
- Connect with homeowners and identify potential painting projects.
- Generate leads and help arrange painting estimates.
- Build rapport with potential customers and represent our company professionally.
- Learn how to turn everyday conversations into valuable business opportunities.

How You Earn

Your effort creates opportunities — and successful projects can create bigger rewards!

Our compensation structure includes:

- $50 per estimate sent: Earn $50 when a qualified prospect progresses to an estimate that is actually sent to the customer. Simply booking an appointment does not qualify for this incentive.
- 6% commission on projects sold: Earn commission based on the total value of projects that close, subject to the company's compensation terms.
- Commission credit: The $50 estimate incentive is credited toward the 6% commission if that project closes. For example, if your 6% commission totals $600 and you've already received $50 for the estimate, the remaining commission payment would be $550. If the jobs doesn’t close you still get the $50!

Compensation is subject to the company's written terms and applicable employment standards.
