Job Title: Financial Accounts Coordinator

Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for a Financial Accounts Coordinator to join their team.

Position Description:

- Perform vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable functions.
- Create, process, and manage vendor purchase orders while maintaining solid vendor relationships.
- Prepare customer quotations, enter sales orders, and support the order fulfillment process.
- Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy (critical requirement).
- Utilize Sage 100 or a similar ERP system to manage inventory, accounts payable, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations.
