Pay: $30/hour to start, with room to grow · Part-time / casual to start, regular hours for the right person Hours: Generally 10 AM–4 PM (move days run longer) Company: Organized Zone Inc. — professional home and office organizing, decluttering, estate and auction services, and move management (organizedzone.com) The role We work in clients' homes on premium organizing projects: decluttering, paper and home-office systems, kitchen/pantry and closet organizing, sale preparation, downsizing, and move support (including some packing). You'll also catalog items for online auctions — photographing, describing, and posting lots, using AI tools to work faster. This is a physical, on-your-feet job: full days standing, lifting and carrying boxes and household items, and moving between rooms and floors. Some jobs are fancy; some have us in gloves and a mask. Who fits - Background in interior design/decorating, home staging, visual merchandising,



or strong administrative / paper-management experience - Prior experience as a professional organizer or in a related industry - A problem solver who works well independently and as part of a team - Stays calm and composed in stressful situations - Polished, professional presence with clients in their homes; completely fluent in English, communicating clearly and warmly - Very good with people — you'll act as a liaison with our clients - A strong communicator, in person and in writing - Physically fit and comfortable with a demanding, active workday - Tech-comfortable: smartphone cataloging, posting items online, and using AI tools day-to-day - Familiar with MaxSold cataloguing — photographing, describing, and posting auction lots - Up-to-date smartphone with a good camera - Available Sundays and flexible during the week - Reliable, discreet, and detail-obsessed — clients trust us with their homes and belongings - Driver's licence and access to a car an asset (jobs across Toronto and the GTA) What we offer - $30/hour to start, with room to grow as your skills develop - Varied work — no two homes or projects are the same - A small, skilled team To apply Email [email protected] with a short note on your design or administrative background, any cataloging/online-posting experience, and your weekday availability.
