Complete Mobility Chiropractic | Contractor | 60/40 split

Complete Mobility Chiropractic (CMC) is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic. With growing demand for massage therapy and limited availability in our current schedule, we’re looking for a practitioner who is ready to welcome new patients and develop a rewarding practice within a supportive clinic environment. Our current RMT is booked up for the rest of the year and we need an additional RMT to take on all remaining clients for 2026, which will carry into a full part-time schedule in 20207.

This position offers an opportunity to join an existing patient community rather than build a caseload entirely from the ground up. You’ll have access to new patient inquiries, internal referrals, and overflow from our current massage therapy practice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide professional, patient-centred massage therapy while managing their appointments and day-to-day patient interactions. This is a great fit for an RMT who enjoys working independently but also values collaboration with other healthcare practitioners.

Availability during weekday daytime hours is preferred, along with some evening availability and at least one Saturday per month.

Our practitioners work across varying schedules, so there may be occasions when you are the only provider on-site. You should be comfortable managing the full patient experience, including treatment, payment processing, and routine appointment-related tasks.

Part-time reception support, established clinic procedures, and a cooperative team help keep daily operations running smoothly. We pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming workplace where colleagues support one another and enjoy spending time together both in and outside the clinic.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Appropriate professional liability insurance and authorization to practise as an RMT in Ontario.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, dependable,



and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient appointments responsibly.
- Interest in developing a stable, long-term practice within an established clinic.
- Availability for weekday daytime hours, with some evening and/or weekend flexibility.
- Ability to start as soon as possible.

Previous clinical experience is welcome but not required. New graduates who are registered and ready to practise are encouraged to apply.
