About the Role
The Luxury Travel Agency (TLTA) is hiring a Client Advisor for our Toronto office. This is a full-time, career-track role designed for a polished hospitality or private-client professional who's ready to build a long-term career serving ultra-high-net-worth travellers. You don't need to be a travel advisor today — we train the travel knowledge. What we can't train is the instinct for luxury service, the composure under pressure, and the client relationship skill you've already built.
Who This Role Is For
You've spent three or more years in a role where you served affluent clients to a high standard, and you've started to feel the ceiling. You might be:
- A front office or guest services manager at the Four Seasons Toronto, Ritz-Carlton Toronto, Shangri-La, St. Regis, Hazelton, or a comparable luxury property
- A concierge at a five-star hotel, particularly one with Les Clefs d'Or standing
- A clienteling specialist at Holt Renfrew, Hermès, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, or another luxury house on Bloor or Yorkville
- A private aviation client service qualified at Pearson or Buttonville
- A fine dining captain, maître d', or sommelier with a book of regulars
- A private banker's assistant, family office coordinator, or similar private client role
- A flight attendant or in-flight service professional from a premium international carrier
What you share is this: people with real means trust you to get things right, and you've started to wonder what's next.
What You'd Actually Do
You'd work directly with our clients — primarily UHNW travellers from 35+ countries — to design complex,
multi-week international itineraries. You'd build relationships with hotel general managers, on-the-ground partners, and preferred suppliers across six continents. You'd learn the Virtuoso network, the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program, and the commercial mechanics of luxury travel. Over time, you'd grow a book of repeat clients who travel with you year after year.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with commission on top; total compensation grows significantly in years two and three as your book matures
- Full training and certifications paid for (Virtuoso, supplier programs, destination training)
- Supplier-sponsored familiarization trips and hotel site inspections
- Direct mentorship from senior advisors with decades of luxury travel experience
- A stable, founder-led firm (established 2013) with offices in Toronto and Nashville
- The chance to build real wealth doing work your instincts are already wired for
You Should Apply If
- You have three or more years in luxury hospitality, private client services, or a comparable high-touch client role
- You write clearly and carry yourself professionally in writing and on the phone
- You're detail-obsessed and catch things other people miss
- You want a career,
not a job, and you understand there's a ramp period before big numbers
- You're based in the Greater Toronto Area and comfortable commuting to our office three days a week
- You're legally entitled to work in Canada
Please Don't Apply If
- You're looking for fully remote work
- You want to become a travel "influencer" or content creator
- You're primarily motivated by short-term cash rather than long-term career building
- You've worked at online travel agencies or in high-volume leisure travel (this is a different business)
