We are seeking for CNC machinists for our client who is a leading manufacturer of Precision measuring products. This position is located in Mississauga area.

Shift: morning and afternoon shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
- Modify parts and materials to improve overall production
- Test completed equipment to detect and remove defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments

Job Requirements:

- Adapt using precision measurement instruments: Vernier, Caliper, Micrometer
- Read Blueprints with Solid math skills – Accurate conversions of Imperial & Metric
- 1-2 years experience with CNC Lathe or Milling Machines
- Mazak experience a bonus
- High School or College Diploma mandatory
- Physical Demands: standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting – up to 40 lbs
- English Fluency: Oral, written, reading comprehension
- Courteous, respectful, follow COVID, Health & Safety Protocols SOP’s
