We are seeking a dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in retail operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Opening and closing operations
- Train, motivate, and supervise retail staff to meet sales targets
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet budget goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience
Required Skills:
- Sales management experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic math skills

Must have
- Minimum 6 months -1 year of experience in managing a team
- Minimum 6 months Retail Experience

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $18.45 per hour
