HSI Group is currently hiring Instrumentation Journeyman & Apprenticesfor various projects with our Lloydminster branch.

HSI Group works on a variety of industrial oil & gas construction and maintenance projects. This position would be working predominantly within the local area.

Requirements:

- Instrumentation Journeyman certificate, OR
- Registered Instrumentation Apprentice (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year)
- Candidates must have valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, CSTS-09 and OSSA Fall Protection certificates
- Must have previous experience working within Industrial Oil & Gas facilities, construction and/or maintenance

- Candidate must live within commuting distance of Lloydminster to be considered

Summary
As an Instrumentation Technician / Apprentice, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in mechanical knowledge, manufacturing, and electrical experience to maintain and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers, sensors, and schematics. Your premium skills in industrial maintenance and industrial electrician experience will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. Additionally,



your relevant skills in AutoCAD, customer service, and low voltage systems will further enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our operations. Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
- Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings for accurate installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
