Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, attentive Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency in food and beverage service, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders using POS systems , ensuring proper entry and timely delivery
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering responsibilities, including cash handling and processing payments
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and serving processes
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to facilitate smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues professionally

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly AMPM POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and basic math for accurate billing and change calculation
- Background in hospitality or guest services enhances ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
