Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Machine Operator (preferably Homag experience) with hands-on knowledge. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast paced quality production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines for wood and panel processing
- Operate and manage the storage and material handling system
- Load, unload, and verify materials for CNC production
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and CNC programs
- Perform machine setup, tool changes, and basic programming adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Troubleshoot minor machine or material issues and report larger concerns
- Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean and operational




- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
- Collaborate with production and shop teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience operating HOMAG CNC Router machinery is a plus.
- Experience with automated material handling systems is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with woodworking materials and fabrication processes
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- CNC programming knowledge is a plus

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
